We attempt to ship all orders with 2-3 business days. That said we're a small operation, and delays may happen if we are traveling -- but we will ensure that all orders will be shipped within 2 weeks at the slowest. If anything is damaged, defective, or fails to arrive, contact us within 90 days of your order for a refund or replacement. (If you have problems after that, contact us anyway. Realistically we hope to be able to refund or replace things for a much longer time period, as we stand by our products and want you to be happy) We use different shipping services depending on your location.
